While much uncertainty was the only certainty in the CEO Outlook 2020 due to the COVID 19 crisis, optimism is now back in the boardroom one year later. According to KPMG’s „CEO Outlook 2021 – Plugged-in, people-first, purpose-led“, CEOs are confident about the growth prospects of their company and the general global economy. In particular, issues such as supply chain resilience, cybersecurity and regulatory issues are once again in the focus of CEOs. Furthermore, the pandemic showed that to solve big problems we all need to work together.
